Consent to Marketing Communications

I hereby give my consent to RUNLAB (CY) LIMITED, registration number HE 425216, VAT/TIC 10425216G, with its business address at Vasileos Georgiou 20, DRAKOS, Flat SHP06, 4047 Germasogeia, Limassol, Cyprus (hereinafter referred to as “RUNLAB” or the “Controller”), website: https://runlab.shop/, to send me marketing and promotional communications and to process my personal data for this purpose in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – “GDPR”), the Protection of Natural Persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data and the Free Movement of such Data Law of 2018 (Law 125(I)/2018) of the Republic of Cyprus, and applicable rules on electronic communications and direct marketing.

1. I consent to receiving marketing and promotional communications by electronic means, including email, SMS, telephone communications and messages sent through messaging services, where such communications are permitted by applicable law.

2. For the purpose of sending such communications, RUNLAB may process the contact details provided by me, including my telephone number, email address and, where applicable, messaging service contact details.

3. I confirm that the contact details provided by me belong to me or that I am otherwise authorised to use them. I undertake to notify RUNLAB if I stop using the relevant telephone number, email address or messaging account.

4. My consent is voluntary and is not a condition for purchasing goods or receiving services from RUNLAB.

5. I may withdraw my consent to marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe option included in the relevant communication or by contacting RUNLAB using the contact details published on https://runlab.shop/.

6. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
