In-Store Returns & Exchanges

For purchases made in our physical store, there is no statutory right to return or exchange non-defective goods simply because you changed your mind. Any return or exchange of non-defective goods is therefore subject to RUNLAB’s store policy.

RUNLAB does not provide cash refunds for non-defective goods purchased in-store.

Subject to the conditions below, we may:

exchange the product for another size, if the required size is available; or
issue a RUNLAB voucher for the value of the returned product, which may be used for a future purchase.

Returned goods must be unused, unworn, in saleable condition and, where applicable, returned with their original packaging, labels and accessories.

Goods that have been worn, used, damaged, soiled, altered or are otherwise not in saleable condition will not be accepted for return or exchange.

This voluntary return and exchange policy does not affect your statutory rights in relation to defective or non-conforming goods.
