Our professional shoe fitting service goes beyond choosing the right size. We discuss your running experience, goals, and injury history, assess your foot shape and pronation, record your running on video, and analyse your technique. This helps us compare suitable models and find the shoes that work best for you.
In addition to indoor gait analysis for shoe fitting, we also provide outdoor running technique analysis. This allows us to evaluate your natural running form in real conditions and help you improve running economy, efficiency, and injury prevention.
At RunLab, you can also book running assessments, receive expert advice, and join community training sessions and events.
